We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Paypal and Amazon. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order.
We shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the state of Florida. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.
Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.
Returns and Refund Policy
You may return most new, unopened items sold within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 45 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 45 days from the date of purchase.
All personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable. If it is determined that your order was printed in error on our part, damaged, or defective, we will reprint your order and ship it, free of charge, or refund your account based upon your preference.
Please contact us to obtain an RMA number from within 30 days of delivery.
- You are responsible for the returning shipping fee.
- Please don’t return directly to the address on the received package.
- Please send back the package with normal shipping, not express shipping. We suggest all returns be sent with a traceable carrier.
- Please kindly attach the RMA # number on the outside or enclosed inside the package. We cannot accept any returns without an RMA # and your shipment will be returned to you.
- Ship the item back to us within 10 days of receiving an RMA number, if not your RMA number will be voided.
- Please allow 2-4 business days for the processing of the returns.
- Refunds will in most cases be issued to the same credit card or Paypal account used for the original purchase.
- Please allow up to 15 business days for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
